2018 Pricing and Packages
Damage/Date hold deposits will be refunded after an event if there are no damages to the venue or rental items AND the venue is left in a clean state.
1: Main Floor rental only - $575 + $250 damage/date hold deposit
*6hrs of time.
*Seating for up to 65

2: Two Floor Rental - $1,175 + $500 damage/date hold deposit
*8hrs of time.
*Seating for up to 180(depending on which of the two floors you choose)
*22 tablecloths
*1 bartender
3: Whole Building Rental - $1,875 + $500 damage/date hold deposit
*Unlimited access the day of your event starting at 9AM and ending at 11PM(additional hours can be added for $150/hr.)
*4hrs of decorating time the day before.
*Seating for up to 250.

4: $2,250 + $500 damage/date hold deposit
*Unlimited access the day of your event starting at 9AM and ending at 11PM(additional hours can be added for $150/hr.)
